Marta Roby—Round Mate Customer Service / Tooling Purchasing
Marta has been with PPI since 2000. During these years, Marta has played several key roles, as a receptionist, accounting assistant, and is now taking care of purchasing and customer service for our tool manufacturing department. Marta and her family live in nearby Forest, Ohio.
Marta is very knowledgeable about the Round Mate System and acts as the lead person for taking orders and then following through with production of the product. Feel free to contact Marta regarding any Round Mate developments.

Nicky Taylor—Finance/Human Resources
Nicky Pleasant Taylor joined ROUND MATE in 1995 after attending the University of Toledo. Nicky serves as the Human Resource Manager and CFO for the company. She lives in Kenton with her husband Scott and 2 children. Nicky enjoys the community service aspect of her job and is currently a board member of the Hardin County Safety Council and on the Community Needs Board of Hardin Memorial Hospital. |

Ron Justice—Tooling Operations Manager
Ron Justice is coming up on 30 years with ROUND MATE. RJ has held the position at ROUND MATE as Operations Manager of the Tooling Division for most of his years here. RJ's strengths over the years have been in Mold design, 2D & 3D CNC programming and machining, electronics, and training in all of these areas. RJ is happily married with 1 daughter, 1 son-in-law, and 1 grandson, 1 dog, and 1 cat! His family's newest found hobby is camping. |

Ken Jenkins—President
Ken has been the President of Pleasant Precision, Inc. / ROUND MATE since 2007 and has 12 years of experience in the Plastics Industry and 23 years as a supplier to the automotive industry. He has instilled upon Pleasant Precision's culture to strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction, superior communication, and relentless continuous improvement. Prior to coming to PPI, Ken worked for a Tier 1 supplier and replacement provider of Automotive Safety Glass. Ken graduated from Ball State University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology. Ken is married with 2 sons and lives near Indian Lake, Ohio. He enjoys golfing, basketball, and travel.

Jerry Moder—Project Engineer/Quoting
Jerry hired in to ROUND MATE in February 2010 as a Sales Engineer. Jerry has 31 years of experience in the automotive industry with an emphasis in injection molding and Project Engineering. His background includes Honda™, London Industries, Trim Systems, and World Class Plastics. Jerry is married to wife Chris and resides in Marysville.
